The A.R.T of Goaltending Goal School began as an idea to improve Ryan Thompson's skills. Believing that teaching someone else to so something is an effective learning tool, we started our school in 1994 with six students. Classes were held at 7 a.m. every Tuesday morning in Napanee. Enrollment climbed steadily, and we were approached by Desertonto Minor Hockey Association to move the school to Desertonto Arena. For six years our Deseronto Winter school has operated at capacity. Endorsement from satisfied players and their parents has led to increased demand four our services . We now work with the Quinte Regional Minor Hockey Association (AAA), the Belleville Minor Hockey Association (Select, A), Picton and Brighton Minor Hockey, and the Belleville Girls Hockey Association.
